This website is owned and operated by Kenneth Thomas, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. By visiting this site, booking a call, submitting a form, or taking the assessment, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
About the services described here
This site describes advisory services offered by Kenneth Thomas, LLC. The content is for general information. It does not create a client relationship, and nothing on this site should be treated as advice for your specific organization.
Client engagements
Client work begins only after both parties sign a written engagement letter. That letter governs the scope, fees, decision authority, response times, and confidentiality for the work. If anything in these terms conflicts with a signed engagement letter, the engagement letter controls.
Fees and payment
Prices shown on this site apply to the services described and may change at any time. The price quoted in your written proposal is the price that applies to your engagement. Payment terms, including any deposit, appear in your engagement letter. Late payments may pause work until the account is current.
Booking and scheduling
Calls booked through this site are free and carry no obligation. Please reschedule or cancel through the confirmation email if your plans change. Repeated missed appointments may result in a request to book by email instead.
Our content
All content on this site, including text, graphics, reports, checklists, assessments, and the site design, belongs to Kenneth Thomas, LLC or its licensors. You may view, download, and print this content for your own use inside your organization. You may not resell it, republish it, or present it as your own work without written permission.
Your content
When you send information through a form, an email, or an assessment, you keep ownership of it. You give Kenneth Thomas, LLC permission to use that information to respond to you and to provide the services you request. Please do not send confidential, protected, or sensitive information through this site. Use a secure method arranged during your engagement instead.

Liability for any claim related to this site is limited to $100. Liability for client engagements is governed by the signed engagement letter.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Leon County, Florida.

Kenneth Thomas, LLC collects only what it needs to respond to you and improve this site. Your information is never sold. You can ask to see it, correct it, or have it deleted at any time.
What is collected
Information you give. Your name, email address, phone number, organization, role, staff size, and anything you type into a form, an assessment, or a booking request.
Information collected automatically. Your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time on page, and the site or link that sent you here. This comes from cookies and similar tools.
Information from our tools. The booking system records the appointment details you provide. Email tools record whether a message was opened or a link was clicked.
How the information is used
Email you receive
If you request results, download a resource, or book a call, you may receive follow-up email. Every message includes a way to unsubscribe. Unsubscribing stops marketing email and does not stop messages about an active engagement.
Cookies
This site uses cookies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.
Who the information is shared with
Your information is never sold or rented. It is shared only with the service providers that make this site work, such as the website host, the customer and booking system, the email service, and the analytics tool. Each provider may access only what it needs to do its job.
Information may also be shared when the law requires it, when it is needed to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a sale or transfer of the business.
How long information is kept
Contact and assessment records are kept while there is an active relationship and afterward as needed for legal, tax, and record-keeping purposes. You may ask for earlier deletion, and it will be honored when no legal requirement prevents it.
Security
Reasonable measures protect the information collected here, including access controls and providers who maintain their own safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive information through this site.
Your choices
You may ask to see the information held about you, correct it, have it deleted, or stop receiving email. Email [email protected] and expect a reply within 30 days. There is no charge, and no service will be withheld for making a request.
Children
This site is meant for adults acting on behalf of an organization. It does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If such information is discovered, it will be deleted.
Do Not Track
Browsers send Do Not Track signals in different ways, and no common standard exists for responding to them. This site does not respond to those signals at this time.
